Zubie offers a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase (excluding shipping and handling fees) for Zubie devices purchased directly from us at Store.Zubiecar.com.
For purchases from other retailers, please work directly with the place you purchased the device from for return request.
To process a return directly to Zubie, simply contact us at support@zubie.com with your original order number, device serial number and reason for return. We will get back with you authorizing the return, prepaid shipping for the return and any other instructions. Qualifying device returns will be refunded back to the original credit card once the returned device is received.
