Not seeing your vehicle data? In some cases, the Zubie Device may not be connected securely with your diagnostics port. If the Device is loose, it will be unable to get the power and the data that it needs. Follow these simple steps to check you connection:
- Unplug device for 1 minute.
- Plug your device back into your diagnostics port, while the Vehicle is "OFF". Make sure it goes into the port with a snug fit and it is not getting hung up on any of the edges of the molding or plastic around it.
- Check for any LEDs on the device, while the Vehicle is turned "ON". Tip: If you can't see the LEDs, try holding a piece of white paper near the device.
- Take a few trips ( roughly 2 trips ) with a few miles in between trips to get the data to start registering again.
