If you are a member of an account, and want your own account, you will need to have the account manager of your current Family Group delete you as a family member. They can do this by going to Menu> Settings >Users, and swiping across the member’s name to delete.
When you log back into the Zubie App on your phone, you will be prompted to create a new account (you can use the same login method as before).

You can also setup a new account by using a different email address.
