What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you forget your password for your Zubie account, we can reset it for you.  Simply click on “Forgot Your Password?” that is below the Login button within the app.  You will be prompted to enter your email address you used to create your Zubie account.  Zubie will send you an email with a link to reset your password. 

If you log in with Facebook, Zubie does not have access to that password.  You will need to go through the process within Facebook to reset your password first.  Once your reset your password, Log back into Zubie with your updated Facebook information.
