Alerts are an easy way for Zubie to let you know what is going on with your fleet. You can control how you receive notifications (pushed to your smartphone or email) and can always view a list of notifications from the Alerts section of the app.
To set your notification preferences:
- Go to Menu>Settings>My Profile (or click here to configure online).
- Configure how you want to get alerts:
- Push notifications (Appear in your notification center on your smartphone. Requires the Zubie App to be installed and logged in)
- Email alerts - Notifications will be emailed if this is enabled

Idle Alerts - If enabled it will notify you of idling based off of threshold setting
- Region - controls the distance units used in notifications and emails. Your browser/device settings control the units used in the app.
- Let us know what you want us to notify you about.
- Arrival/Departure Events – When a vehicle arrives or departs from a saved Place.
- Trip events - When a trip has completed.
- Device Alerts - Let you know when your device has been unplugged/plugged in, or moved to another vehicle.
- Low Fuel Alerts - lets you know when you have low fuel.
- Low Fuel Tank Level - Use the dial to set the percentage and we will notify you any time the cars on your account meets that level.
- Maintenance Reminders - Alerts when service is due for oil changes, brake service and more. Requires service activity to be entered for each vehicle.
- Scheduled Alerts - if configured, the user will receive a notification for any vehicle that moves outside of designated hours
- Vehicle Health Events – Check Engine or Battery notifications
- Vehicle Idle Events - Enables vehicle idle events
- Hard Brake Events - When you have hard braked on a trip.
- Severe Hard Brake Events - When you have a severe hard brake in a trip
- High Speed Events - When a vehicle is driving above the speed threshold you define.
- Speed Limit violations- When a vehicle goes above the speed limit
- Device Alerts - Connection and Status

Distracted Driving - Detects when driver is distracted (Requires Dashcam)
- Opt into alerts by distraction type: cellphone use, drinking, eating, smoking, tired driving
