- The device plugs into the OBD port of the vehicle normally located underneath the steering wheel.
- Once you plug in the device you will notice lights come on
What each light means:
| Status | LED | Blink pattern |
| Boot loader | Green, Blue, Amber | Green > Blue > Amber, 100ms each, repeating cycle until the bootloader is complete. |
| Application Start | Blue | Blue LED will light for 1 minute |
| Failed Vehicle Communication | Amber | After Alternator On, if the vehicle communications fail 2 times, the Amber LED will light for 1 minute |
| Successful Vehicle Communication | Blue | After vehicle communications are established and ignition is detected, the Blue LED will light for 1 minute. Note: The Amber LED will remain lit for the remainder of its timer if it was already lit. |
